Consultation form

The consultation form is designed to prepare an email in your own email application. C.F.K. does not receive the form contents until you review and send that email.

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Email and phone communications

If you send an email or call C.F.K., the information you choose to provide is handled through the applicable email or phone service. Email is not a guaranteed secure channel.

Website analytics and hosting logs

The site records limited first-party interaction events such as consultation-button clicks, language changes, and intake-handoff events. Those events do not include the text you enter into the consultation form.

The hosting provider may also process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages as part of operating and securing the website.

Legal-services boundary

C.F.K. Consulting is not a law firm. Using this website or contacting C.F.K. does not create an attorney-client relationship.
